If going by the age group, England would at least be in the finals.

If going by the searing heat, Saudi Arabia would be a hot (pun intended) favourite.

the beauty of football... you can have the top scorer in the EPL, Serie A and the French League, but as long as u don't score, you are doomed.

I think Roger Lemerre was the reason.
