what a sad end for the socceroos. they may not be a top class team but to lose through a dubious penalty call is shitty

the aussie should have pressure the italian and get a goal after the red card.
too slow , no idea wat they are doing and fumble at the penalty box.

Yeah, technically aussies were the weaker team but should have pressed on for a goal soon after having that one man advantage. Just too bad for the socceroos that the chance to advance slipped thru their fingers in the dying seconds.
