Venue for 80 pax near Sentosa?

Am looking to organize an activity for 80 pax near Sentosa (Sentosa being fully booked on that specific day in November '09, so is Hort Park). Does any one know of any commercial venue and has the contact for it? Thanks.

Requirements
- 80 pax
- space only or with food (teabreaks/ lunch)
- Venue shld be air-conditioned, protected from natural elements.
- Venue shld have microphone for annoucement and such

yeah. Clients are always on a budget. I am looking for hotel equivalent. Willing to pay hotel rates which is about SGD 40- 55 per pax inclusive of food and venue...
