Using telephoto or wide angle lens on dslr

Anyone ever try to use those telephoto lens or wide angles lens that is screw on the front of the dslr lens? How is the effect like? will it give bad distortion?

Will have bad image quality, usually in the form of colour fringing and loss in detail, particularly at the corners.

it will degrade IQ and cause vignetting on wide angle badly.

further more it might damage you lens screw thread due to the weight

yes, i did heard and suspect that it will cause bad image quality especially color fringing and bad barrel distortion. juz wanna see anyone has tried it and could share some picture example.
