Ulead movie maker

Hi, I'd like to create video with pics using ulead or any other software that allows the feature of easing or zooming in or out of the photos or sliding photos from one direction to another etc. Tried with Ulead movie wizard and that allows this function, but doesn't seems to allow customisation of each effect. Unable to find the movie effect on ulead studio, not sure if it comes along with it. Does anyone have any idea which software provides the video effect (Not transition effect)?? Oh Ya, windows movie maker does have the the effect of moving the photos in and out but is limited. Appreciate any advise, thanks
