I don't mind helping out by taking care of ~6 pple ... but am not sure if I can make it on that day (I have an early morning meeting - yeah I know it's a public holiday ... and am not sure if I will have some urgent work to rush .... :embrass: )

I used to organise and camp in Ubin of 3D2N about once a year for a group of 30-40 pple.. Bringing 30 pple is definitely much easier.. :bsmilie: I'll let you know if I need any help.

just make sure everyone has their own group of friend then split into smaller group like 6 or 10 depends on overall size and assign a overall P.O.C point of contact its more easy for u also
