Hi all,

Just thought I'd share some photos from a recent business trip to Libya.

It was quite a unique experience being there with the country developing at a rapid pace after the lifting of sanctions.

The airport runway had a lot old rusting aircraft that probably suffered from lack of parts and maintenance during the sanction years.

The Marcus Aurelius arch in the middle of old Tripoli city.

oh nice... its really how i expected the place to be... i was not there but near the area... i dun really dare to shoot with my camera cos not everyone is comfortable with the camera pointing at them... the kids everywhere are pretty ok.. my experience is i couldnt hang around a place too long so to avoid suspicion... i hope u hv a good time there... its hot huh..

Wow!! Tripoli on CS!!

A country rich in ancient history but was torn apart by civil wars. A country that fosters anti-western terrorism. A place which is hard to reach..

Keep those photos coming in so that people can see how have Libya become and for those who don't know Libya, here's a chance to see Libya..

Cheers!

i like #2, can't really say the same for the rest - the composition and colors seem a tad too lack lustre.
