Tri-x and Acros, together in Diafine

Diafine is rated as 3.5mins for Trix and 5mins for Acros 100. I want to develop one roll of each in Diafine, together.

My plan is to soup for 5mins, as extra time does not change the contrast for trix.

Has anyone done this before? any warnings or observations?

yah i've done before. its ok.

diafine can soak as long as you want beyond the minimum period

i have developed both together at 3 mins without any issue. In fact, all my films i simply use 3 mins (minimum) and they are still acceptable/ideal for me.

Does following rated timing make much of a difference? I've never seen rated times before actually.

Where to get Diafine in Singapore ? I love this developer, but it is very hard to find these days.

Diafine not sold by any shop in singapore. We buy online and share shipping periodically. But since the solution lasts practically forever (tends to sendiment and evaporate sometimes) its not often there is a group purchase.
