Hi,

Recently i notice that the door is slagging(not 90º), looking closer i'm saw that the outer rubber frame is deteriorating, feel sticky and leave a mark when i scratch it with my nail.

Warranty card says "Should any parts or parts prove to be defective within FIVE years.........we will repair or replace...without any charge."

Hmm... will check with agent to see if they could do something.

Anyone with TOYO living cabinet having this problem?:dunno:

______________

been noticing white substance like fungus grew ard the rubber..

got to clean it sometimes

yes, once a while i do use a damp cloth to wipe them away.

Mine is a two doors 121L, only the lower door has this rubber problem.
Wonder if they would 1:1 the door for me:think:

Where you put your dry-cab? On air-cond room, or normal air room? Are you living near the sea?

Thanks for info.

No, staying in HDB. The cabinet is place in normal air room.
btw, don't think that wind from the sea could "eat" the rubber.

Thanks...been busy whole day, yet to call up the agent.

Ask the agent how to prevent it, and let us know too. We don't know that we might need same information in the future.

BTW, the rubber on dry-cab door is similar (but not exactly the same) to what is on the refrigerator door. It is rubber with semi-flexible magnet inside. I am not sure whether we can buy it from refrigerator service shop...

Arto.
