To sharpen or not?

Maybe the pros can help me...does this look good or do I need to sharpen?

Really, you can't expect others to judge sharpness from a 700 x 500 jpeg over the screen.

On the web, it looks OK to me. Don't over-sharpen. You have to be the judge, not us. And there's no hard and fast rule too. You have to decide on your own.
