Was it summer u took the shot? Did you backpack there? Need to find more info as to the costings, regulations, accomodation froms someone who has been there and done that lor. :bsmilie:

Hi, I went there this month ( summer) .Not really backpack...engaged a driver and a car ( some days with a Tibetan guide, a requirement).I was lucky to have my friend to do all the planning of the entire trip and I just follow.. . You need to apply Permit if you are not from China.
