The E-5 used in an upcoming movie....

Check out this trailer...

Broken City Official Trailer #1 (2013) - Mark Wahlberg, Russell Crowe Movie HD - YouTube

Mark Wahlberg using an E-5 at 1.09, can anyone ID the lens?

Based on the 1:09 body/lens matching and with four-thirds.org lens matching simulation, the outlook could probably be 50-200 (swd/non-swd) or the 70-300.

Having seen somewhere between 1:09 to 1:10 where the aperture value is displayed, it's likely the 50-200 variant. (F/2.8)

Based on 1:12 side profiling, it's the 70-300 - both the 50-200's have a 'ED' silverish tag that is bound to appear from such angle which is not seen in the video.

Sidenote: The viewfinder view does not make sense throughout the scenes taken lol - impossible to get f/2.8 through out on that lens judging from the shots taken. Well, it's afterall a movie... and multiple zoom lens could have been used?

aiya, its just a movie, even if they use the slowest shortest lens available, they can still put f1.4 hahaha, they're just using a template rather than actually filming through the E-5's viewfinder

Yah...its definitely not through the E5 viewfinder.
I dun think its the 50-200 SWD though...the shape does not look it. But it could be the non-SWD version or the 70-300. I have a feeling its the 70-300. Another option is its the 40-150 version 1 kit lens.

must sarpork this movie liao :D
