the gate is not wide enough to show the left and right ends of the roof.
maybe if you move past the gate, you could take the whole roof?
Thank you.
I used the gate to crop away unwanted objects beside the temple.
I should have switched to 10-22mm lens, and moved slightly forward to capture the whole roof.
yeah, now that you mentioned it, i notice the green vase on the left and a smaller temple on the right.
so even if you move closer, i am not sure if the left and right objects could be omitted, unless you use a super wide lens and move to just below the roof at the front door.
the other option is to focus just the main roof in the middle, but then you would still see bits of the left and right roof.
Hi Yeeming, did you take this photo today? Is this temple near Upper Thomson?
10-22mm should be wide enough to do the job, and also to capture more portion of the gate.
I will go back again to try it out.
Yes, I took the photo today at around 4pm.
This temple is called Kiew Lee Tong. It is near junction of Ang Mo Kio Ave 1 and Upper Thomson Road.
Haha, do you happened to be wearing white??
I was passing this temple on a bus to MacRitchie Reservoir around that time and saw a guy in white shooting near the entrance. I've never seen this temple before and seeing someone taking photos in the temple really make me wanna do it too.
It's a nice temple, do have have any interior shots?
Yes, that was me. :embrass:
I didn't enter the temple. Only shooting outside.
Ahhh!!! Small world my fren!!
Seeing you shooting the temple gives me the feeling to wanna go there too
Nice 'meeting' you
