is there a different with Di and not having Di on a normal film camera? or is it with Di, the lens cannot be attached to a film camera?

i am a bit new to the Di in tarmon.. can anyone explain to mi? i onli know tat it makes the lens work better with DSLR...

Di can work on film cameras. Di2 will result in vignetting on film cameras at the wider side.

anyway any one knows whether all tamrom len now all made in china or us??

is there is Di2 version for tamron?

Apparently Tamron Di (Digitally Integrated) lenses have better optical characteristics that will bring significant performance on a DSLR, although traditional film SLRs will also be able to take advantage of the Di characteristics.

How much difference it brings on an SLR with a Di lens compared to one that is not a Di...hmm...I don't know.

Personally I'm not aware there is a Di2-designated lens from Tamron, but Di lenses can be used on both SLRs and DSLRs.
