Meeting on discussing the details for 100th outing on 31 May 08

Date: 7 May 08
Location: Brash Brasah MacDonald
Time: 7.30pm

Note:

This is for those who volunteered for helping out the Model Shoot and Dinner.
Of course, others who are not in the list are welcome to join in and give suggestions.
See you guys there.

Participants:

6) SolBadGuy (TBC) (will most likely be late if I come)

Agenda for the Meeting (Only for 100th Outing)

1) Determine the location and theme for the model shoot

2) Choice of maintain the model shoot in the morning (9am - 12pm) or combine the shoot with the dinner in the afternoon

3) Need to source and determine the location for the dinner

4) Assign personals to in charge of handling duties for the outing, like Accountant, Buffet arrangement, contacting participants etc.

5) Compilation of group photos into slides to be presented during the dinner.

6) Decide on the programs for the nite (i.e slideshow, discussions, talks, dinner, etc.)

Feel free to add in others items, that you wish to discuss during the meeting.

My interpretation:

An official and public outing had been discussed openly in this thread and during any TCSS outings and meeting, which had been agreed by the majority and extended invitations to outside personals to join in the fun and for those which can only cater limited number of people and only for Tangshooters specified by the organsier (Example: TFCDs, Model shoots etc).This outing will be officially registered in the outing thread,

Photos by the participants for the outing will be posted in any forum with title included "Tangshooters" followed by the name of the outing.

An unofficial or private outing depends on the organisers decision. They can either openly or privately annouce to personals of interest for participations. And photos taken for the outing will be posted under individual's nick and title to seek comments and reviews from public.
