might be personal preference, i would do this in 16:9 because i don't think the space above really works, but sometimes people do not like that ratio.

i love 16:9 too, agree on cropping off a bit off the top would be better ,
2 issue
- i have a hard time cleaning off my sensor dust from this pic,
so can't bear to crop off my own hard work :sweat:
- 16:9 is addictive ...
i thought of doing it for all the landscape :devil:
but it would be hard to go back to normal ratio :sweatsm:
i think a number of your shots will look great in panaromic crop. of cos you may find that the top part becomes very bright and you lose your gradient, so it got to be balanced with some more post processing - more work, but worth a try on those you like a lot.
