Super high resolution printing

I'm looking to print black ink on transparencies. Need the 'black parts' to be totally opaque! Those normal 600dpi laser printers are not good enough. I need more like 2540dpi 'negative/film' like printing, maybe for offset use etc. I found a source but they're not open tomorrow.

Litho only? No grey tones in between?
