zoossh: thanx for viewing. don't quite get you on this "best find that front elements are lacking and too dark". do give me your C&C. have always loved your travel shots.
a few of your pictures include a person or a branch, giving a sense of scale, a focal point and also a sense of distance. sometimes they can add to the identity of the location, say a pagoda or lighthouse. however, they are put into areas of underexposure, and yet does not stand out enough as forms for silhouette.
this is not to say your sky shot are not fabulous. they are. indeed not what i do/can capture so far. but in terms of appreciation, only hope to see a larger, brighter, more detailed and more well defined foreground interest, be it rocks or something more unique.
