Hello Uncle Scubagolfer,
Thanks for your comments... I was there at about 6am and is just nice to almost have the full sun and then it starts to rain.... You can see the heavy clouds over the sun... actually quite a good place to take sunrise pictures.. My Dad brought me there..

Yep, I saw the same clouds and sunrise from Marina Barage .....
