you mean the flare?
sometimes adjust your angle might help, else use a hood.
also take note that sometime low-end UV filter might also cause the flare. (you might wanna take it down & try taking the shot again if you can't change the angle or you do not have the lens hood)

May i know why the shine light bubble would be taken? How to remove it? My lens is 18-55mm with UV filter..May i know how to prevent this during taking photo?

I guess you're referring to lens flare.
"Shine light bubble" sounds weird
You get this effect when taking a photo whilst aiming in the general direction of the sun?
