Streets & Candids Selection by Michael Chan

Nice candid, how did you make the frame ?

in photoshop, open the file u wish to frame,
- use file>automate>fit image (set constrain within to your personal liking, mine is 600x600px)
- make sure your background is black,
- then select Image>Canvas Size (set canvas size to your preference, mine is 600x600px)
- You image should now be properly enclosed by the black frame
- add white stroke if you like (mine's 1px wide)
