What do you mean by 'free'? :dunno:

'Free' for commercial companies to use 'free' photos/images?

'Free' for photographers to register their images?

Or 'royalty-free' images?

hmmm..
i wanna get photos that are free for commercial companies to use, basically for academic purposes (web designing). These photos are so expensive if i wanna experiment.

whats the 'royalty-free' thingy?

Free photos may not not be good enough for you to use commercially.

Normally stock agencies sell their photos by size (Mb). For web usage of a 72dpi 500kb file you normally pay not much for it.

Another cheap way is to borrow a 3mp digital camera and take the photos yourself and have the advantage of retaining full copyrights of them.
