Oh yeah, I'm back... esp inspired by TimeWarp on Discovery Channel; I found this: http://www.liquidsculpture.com/ - father of water droplet photography

...before the show ended, I was already snapping away~

1 drop

3 drops

Am getting the hang of it now. In fct for these shots, I was uisng my 55-200mm lens MF and handheld. Yeah I know I should have used the tripod. I will, next time. Will continue to explore and challenge myself to produce better shots. Hope you like em~

interesting. To bring it to the next level, how about making the background unidentifiable fr the usuage common kitchen object?

Let people guess where it is and how did you do it... etc.

Thank you guys!!! Now actually cracking my head how amd where else to do it, as Jace mentioned, w/o the familiar kitchen object. I thought the bokeh works, making it look like sparkles in the background.

I didnt use any ruler, but after 400 odd snaps everytime I do this you'll get the hang of it.
I'm using the kit lens, 18-55mm non VR.
