Vietnam has won international fame or infamy by being the only country to win the war against the USA. Many has suffered in the process and the country paid a very high price for it.

yup, the wind is very strong in the delta the weather in vietnam is very unpredictable thou. the rain can come without warning and and may last only an hour, or they can rain nonstop for the whole evening

Raincoat is a must.
