When in Aperture Priority and flash in TTL Mode there is a significant 2-3 sec lag. Also the shot is frequently overexposed. Anyone using this combo experience this? Do i need specific settings to overcome these issues?
Sorry to hijack this post. I have the same issue with Sony A7RIII and Nissin i40. I did not have this issue previously. I'm wondering if I made wrong setting, or it is issue on the camera or flash. I'm using multi metering mode.
Flash photography is usually straight forward..set flash to ttl and camera flash mode but sony has this problem with their lcd preview (might need to turn off) and is related to such issues..assuming flash compensation is set to zero but read below for some insight.
