The perspective of the tree is nice...but I think the time not right. The day is too bright...maybe an early morning or late evening when the light is not that harsh would be nice...

Well, actaully I don't find the light harsh at all. The bright sky at the top left corner of the pic (the tree top) formed the focal point of the entire shot, and contrasted well with the darker root at the bottom right. The sky and the leaves of the tree then surrounded this bright area in 2 loose circles to form an interesting pattern.
