Supposedly there is someone who was injured in some industrial accident, fault is not his but company most likely is only willing to pay for medical.

What should the victim do next?
Is it possible to claim compensation in any way?
What can the MOM do to assist?

Is it an injury which resulted in more than 3 consecutive days of MC? If so, then the company (employer) is bound by the law to report the accident to the MOM and for the employee, if he qualifies, to obtain Workman Compensation.
