fcpga, if you want a "whitish" kind of nite scene like what the fuji produced, use one-touch WB in your olympus. I don't know if 2040 has it. But it effectively takes the red cast out of your night scene. Try it!

It doesn't have a built-in incandescent mode? I'm a bit puzzled about this. My fren prefers it more orangish while i like it whiter. Which one is actually more natural?

saw 2 couples along the shear bridge today @ abt 7+ taking photos (even with tripod) when i am on mi way to suntec city for dinner. not sure if it's xdivider and fcpga again :)

yes it does have the one-touch white balance, will try it the next time
