Hi,
They were taken without flash.
18mm focal length on a D70
Manual exposure F8 1" ISO 200.
Manual white balance.
Portrait orientation with a home made pano bracket on a tripod.
30 degrees per shot, ie 12 shots for the 360 panorama, 7 shots for the 220 degree panoramas.
10 degree upward pitch
Stitched with Autopano, PTGui and Smartblend.

Heres mine, shot with DSLR at 15mm on tripod, manual white balance. Stitched by software I mentioned aboved (works like charm!).

I am sorry but I cannot see anything awesome in these photos mentioned. Pls advise why you think they are awesome as I am learnung pano too. Kiama's are very good.

I've tried several stitching program :

the best free one is no doubt

which is a no brainer to use..

the same algorithm can be found in a more sophisicated tool called AutoPano Pro 1.1

I'm also thinking of buying ProShow Producer/Gold from Photodex that does excellent slideshows.

Darn, you photos are evil! Nicely taken.

That last shot of Sydney is great, damn you must have been up early (or late), that shot is probably about4:30am.

Nice series btw, the sky in the melboutne shots is incredible.
