naah, i prefer the first one... the brightness is infectious (in a positive way) and the composition is near optimum (i would take away the washed out bottom left corner along with some back ground on the left by around 1 inch (screen measurement) as it does not add any value to the shot). the slightly overexposed bg helps by not being a distraction from the correctly exposed subject. the thing i find quite intriguing is the sort of haircut the baby has in first shot (or atleast thats my perception). hair in second shot look normal but its too gloomy for me, despite being rich in saturation.
