Wow wow wow! What an experience to be right in the midst of fireworks. If shooting from inside, remember to put on the lens hood to minimise the falling fireworks ashes from dropping onto the lens. Tripod inside might be too hard due to the crowd, especially if at the front row.


yeah was inside the field too! AWESOME experience i must say.. :bigeyes:

i did put on UV filter to protect my front elements, and now having hard time cleaning the uv filter.. :bsmilie:

i was told by one of the staff there tat no setting up of tripod is allowed inside the field due to safety reason... :think:
 

Hmmm , for those that shot the fireworks today , anyway to setup tripod and still able to get some shots? Tripod is definitely a must.... that is for me..

Really hoping to shoot the fireworks...

On the field outside the fenced up enclosure or opp upp the HDB blocks
 

i saw those with tripod and cam mounted on the move within the enclosed area.
 

Wha sei! Fireworks in yishun, steady ah! Time to drag out my tripod! See you friendly photographers there!
