Yes, Sigma produces good cameras too. I do know a Sigma user and he's very happy with the cam. There are limitations to each camera, just use it well and it can produce great pictures too.
Just curious on how many ownership. If too little people buy, then I wont be confident on this product at all. I was looking also at Ricoh. Just wanted feedback from those who has own them before, I commit. Want to get started too.

Many user means good? :dunno: As I have mentioned before, each product has it's own limitation. Use it within it's limitation and it'll serve you well. Let me give you an example. Let say a simple China made car and a BMW in comparison. Do you say that a China made car is not good? Why is it not good? To me if I only have limited budget and my main purpose of owning a car is just to bring me from point A to point B so does the China made car deliver that? Yes, I would then say that the China made car is good. Why? Because it served my purpose, it's within my budget and I used it within it's limitation (eg, without all the luxury frills like leather seat, reverse camera, etc and I don't expect it to outperform a BMW).
