There was this taxi sharing scheme at the taxi waiting bays in the city area. Died of natural death.

I've an idea that involve stopping the taxis from prowling the road looking for customers. Why not just automate the whole booking system with phone calling?
That way taxi drivers don't have to waste petrol and time. People can also get taxis easily.

That is difficult, cos that would mean more cost for the Operators. THen they raise cost, then cab drivers kao bei, then raise fare, we kao bei.
