Terms & Conditions
1) This contest is open to residents of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia ONLY.
2) One participant is only allowed to submit a maximum of 2 photos per month.
3) Copyright of all photos submitted will have to belong to the participant. The participant will be liable for any damages and legal fees incurred by Singapore Trekker if the photo submitted do not belong to them.
4) All participants agree to relinquish any copyright of the photos submitted for Singapore Trekker to utilise and promote at our own discretion. However, full credit to the photographer will be given.
5) Singapore Trekker reserves the right to reject any photo we deem obscene, irrelevant or unpublishable.
6) Singapore Trekker reserves the right to withdraw and replace the prizes with another prize of equal value at our own discretion and without prior notice.
7) Singapore Trekker reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the promotion at no compensation to all participants and without prior notice.
8) Participants are to include a (1) Photo Title, (2) Name of Photographer, (3) Contact No in all submissions. Entries without this information will be automatically disqualified.
