Settings on Photoshop & Lightroom 2015

Hi,

Recently my importing of photo in Photoshop and in Lightroom get me mad... When I import my raw file the software modify the white balance on the way he want and not as shoot (every time I'm out and shoot I have my gray card and I use it or I use the grass as custom white balance).

When I'm importing the photo the image become all red and not keep the tonality I have shoot.

I use two camera one with 720 Nm and one with 590 Nm.
