Serious Help in making decision needed please.

Okie hello there i'm new to photography and current i'm in dilema in making this decision.
I'm bought a D60 and now i have a chance to make a trade. two package choose one.
Package I : Sigma 18-200mm F3.5-6.3 DC lens + Digi-Cabi Model DB-036.
Package II : AF-S DX NIKKOR 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR + AF-S DX VR Zoom-NIKKOR 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED + Random Flash Light.
I can only choose either one package to come with my D60. Advice anyone? Thanks alot =D
Both package will cost 1288SGD. Plus SDcards etc... but the main items are listed above.
