I did start a thread on TFP/CD issue before ... regarding getting a so called 'mento' in organising TFP thingy

I did hv lots of respone and I also ask quite a number of things on model release.
As I remembered ..

MainPoint..
A ModelR is required only if the model is paid. Thus we own the copyright to the pictures. OTher than using for commercial purpose.

OF course .. If I gonna organise. IS a TFP not a paid model shoot.
But then I wised or wanted to protect my friend .. Am afraid the pictures will end up at some indecent place.

Was suppose to do a shoot few weeks back .. but then It rained.
End up shooting the models myself  :bsmilie:

That's quite a one sided thing on MR if paid. A MR can mean a lot of things. In this case of the underaged gals, unless with the parent's signature, it's of course worthless piece of paper.

On the other hand, the MR is to ensure the images are used accordingly and rights declared properly. It doesn't have to be paid to have a need for MR.

I think best is to ahve a model relese between the model and the photog (yourself), Best to state the terms and conditions in black and white.

In events of TFP or TFCD.. the orgniser(s) have to also sign a model relese with the model and also let known to terms and conditions to those participating in the shoot and make sure they (other photog) understand what they can and cant do with the photos..

*correct me if I'm wrong.. just my newbie understanding*

so is basically a kind of mutal agreement between the
model - organiser - photograhpers

I search for some online MR it states underage = <16
so in this case my friend is not underage ..

is the 2 ladies underaged?

Hello... you're forgetting the contract is valid only if the law of that country states that too. Else even if your contract states it's ok for <16 to model, the law of the country says no without parental consent. Your nice butt will still get deflowered.
