Selling lenses - new to this

Just a query...

If one wants to sell a lens quick to get some cash, can you just walk into e.g. TCW and ask them for a quote and do you get the cash directly or hey will be the middle-man and only give you the cash after they manage to sell the lens?

Besides TCW, any other place where you can sell the lens for a good/reasonable price in S'pore?

Yes, put your lens in Clubsnap to sell .... if your lens is good, chances are you will get better price here as you will cut off the middleman

TCW sells on a consignment basis. You basically tell them how much you want for your lens, they will tag on a 10% addition to the sale price. You only get paid when it's sold.

I suggest you try selling it here in the forums. But price it reasonably.
