Hi Everyone,

This is a headsup to everyone that all of ClubSNAP's servers will be down for a major hardware migration (relocation) exercise at the data centre.

Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as the datacentre where we are hosted will be undergoing major renovation and refurbishment. We were only given a week to respond to their request to relocate and due to our busy schedule and the upcoming Chinese New Year holidays, we could only schedule it on the coming Friday.

All of our sites will be affected so our apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused and we ask for your patience and kind understanding during the following period :

Update: We've been informed by our datacentre host that we are no longer required to migrate our servers due to some technical constraints on their part. Therefore, tomorrow's planned migration exercise and downtime has been cancelled accordingly.

Unexpected Downtime Today from 6am - noon: Early this morning around 6am, ClubSNAP encountered a database error which resulted in no one being able to make replies or new posts. The repair process also took longer than expected and was finally completed around noon time. Big thanks to Darren for taking care of this while I was away.
