Sandisk Ultra 30mb/s compact flash?

I saw these CF cards in SLS recently:

Was wondering how they differ from the regular Sandisk Ultra2s?

Is this a newer or older type? The prices seem to be almost the same.

Ultra got III meh? I thought only Extreme have III and IV?

I saw this yesterday on papers too.... perplexed to see that Ultra has 30mb/s speed now which is the speed for Extreme III 4GB and above!
