In the newsroom where Rob Galbraith and I first worked together, there was an aquarium with a Nikon F3 being used as an artificial reef. It was on display courtesy of one of the other staff photographers, who had accidentally dipped it into the Pacific Ocean, thereby bringing its working life to a premature end.
