Canon Australia is the first Canon sales company we've seen to post official information on the "black dots" problem impacting the Canon EOS 5D Mark II. The service notice, which appeared on the site a few minutes ago, indicates that the company is investigating ways to address the problem, as well as an instance of vertical banding that can occur when the camera is set to sRAW1.
