I'm looking to buy a ring flash for close portraits or macro photography. The proprietry ring flashes are WA-A-AY too expensive... so I'm looking at 3rd party ones like Suntax RF14AFC (the last C for Canon. Nikon's N and Minolta's something else) which costs $125 from TCW.
However, that day I went to try it out on my FZ20 (62mm thread with Phayee adaptor) and I had a 62-55. The flash was 52mm but it includes a 55-52 so I tried it on. To my dismay, there was vignetting until 3x zoom. :cry:
So I'm thinking, are there any 3rd party ring flashes out there that can fit my FZ20 without vignetting?
