Sony has one and there are tonnes of third party ring flash/lights on ebay. From LED powered to those that channels the light from your existing flash.
Or you can always DIY your own one. Tonnes of tutorials online. Just gotta google.

I do know Sony has one, but the review doesn't seems too good for the ring flash. I was thinking to get one for Portrait use.
I have saw a few 3rd party ones like Orbis or Ray Flash. But they never seems to be able to say how compatible it is with the HVL-F42AM and
whether the flash will be underpower if use together with the adapter.
Most of the 3rd Party ring light are based on Nikon/Canon mount. Usually don't have it for Sony mounting, of course if there
is some one here who has successful adopted it for Sony, then I will love to hear from them their opinions..
