ghgs, what do you think of the 50mm 1.4 or 1.2?

i have one on loan from a friend (50mm f/1.2)

1.4 is good. the bigger u go. the softer it will get ard the edge. u really pushing it with 1.2. anyway to get a good sharp image u still need to stop to 2,2.8. so 1.4 is good enough. 1.2 is good if u reali shooting in dark areas la.

i usually leave it at 2 but not 2.8 sometimes even 4 when im in sufficient light

haha, i borrowed it to try only but really it's quite sharp.

yeah. tat y 1.4 is good enough. coz u still need to stop down anyways. i always use 2 or 2.8 for this lens.

but anw i hardly use flash, i have the SB-600 and SB-26 or 27 can't remember... tho i never use it at all.
