My experience with Photobook Singapore is very good.
I ordered a Medium Imagewrap with Photo Lustre paper.
The output that I received is dissatisfied because the color tend to be darker, and hence lost most of the details.
I lodged a complaint and they responded very fast. They requested me to take a few pictures of the output for their investigation.
After a few days, they decided to reprint the book. This round they suggested me to get the 216gsm Premium Silk paper, because they believe it could be due to the PE coating on the Photo Lustre paper and hence causing some undesirable results.
I followed their suggestion and received the reprinted book within few days, and am very satisfied.

Will continue to use their service and 216gsm Premium Silk paper in my next printing
