Haha you are right. I am happy that you are answering my question from another side of the world. I will let the smart CSer to guess which dot am I from.

Somehow, all my info plus avatar are missing, due to the upgrades of CS perhaps.

I suggest you give eBay a try...

I got my IR Remote and Cable Release for my E30 from there.

Not original OLY but just as good and works 100%.

There's even a new Digital Cable Release which will allow you to set intervals so you can shoot time-lapse stuff. OLY doesn't have that

for my panasonic, managed to get a compatible remote cable from ebay that cost only USD$10... works perfect half shutter and bulb ebay rawks
