I print lots of A4 borderless color prints (matter / gloss ) for our marketing materials. Cost saving is important for us. I tried Canon ip8800 + ciss , but often yellow ink flow is interrupted and printouts are blueish. A shop here recommended Epson system complete with CISS ink catridge (not using the original catridge ) will solve this problem as there's no tubes involved.

Tired of trying several printers and 1 CISS , really need some recommendation for a reliable CISS system + printer model or brand. Print quality with the above mentioned printer is acceptable.

thanks to all those replied.

I have an Epson and the SECOM CISS. I need to print rather often else air bubbles will form in the tubes. Then will have to clean the print head, and push the ink from the reservior to clear the bubbles. If not the colors will be totally out.

Other than that, I am very happy with the printout and find it very cost effective.
