Recommendations for Phonetics / English Lessons for Kids?

my friend who's korean has 2 kids, ages 6 and 10 who know absolutely no english.

he is looking for a school / tutor who can teach them english. any idea how to start?

British council doesnt cater to kids that young. they follow the spore curriculum.
