I wonder about something.
But correct me if I'm wrong.
It seems to me that BW IR has more details as compared to normal color images converted to BW.
Is that observation correct?

same la, just that the tones will be different.

ir filters will have unique tones, that you can't replicate with normal color photo convert to bnw, but you can push it so that it looks like...

just whack the red channel more, i think.

no not really.
Fatigue ran out of ELP filters so he used a different filter that gives similar results.
He said if I'm still not satisfied with the results I can bring back to him to change to the ELP
when his stock comes in.
I'm wondering whether if I should have it changed to ELP instead.
Although truth be told I'm quite happy with the results. Just that I'm being greedy :bsmilie:

looks fine to me , he seems to have done a good job.

enjoy your camera, i got rid of my modded camera because i've been doing a lot less ir,

and also, i wanted to keep the long exposure part of it. started off that way, everytime i snap a shot with the modded camera, it felt weird to me. :bsmilie:
